Scope: marketing e-mails about Amator services and Partner offers presented in the App. This consent does not cover messages necessary to provide the service (registration confirmations, verification codes, changes to the terms, notifications about your Events) — you receive those regardless of consent.
Frequency: no more than a few messages a month.
Voluntary: entirely optional; it is not a condition of creating an Account or using the App.
Withdrawal: at any time — in the App settings (consents section), via the „unsubscribe" link in every message, or by writing to [email protected]. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it and has no negative consequences.
Retention: until consent is withdrawn. The fact and date of giving and withdrawing consent are kept for 6 years to demonstrate accountability (Article 7(1) GDPR).
