I declare that I am at least 16 years old.
Why we ask. Amator is built around a public profile, contact with other adult participants and consents for which Article 8 GDPR requires the age of 16 in Poland. The App is not directed at children and has no minor-specific mode.

Legal basis for processing it: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (conclusion and performance of the contract for services provided by electronic means) and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest — community safety and protection of minors).
Consequences of a false declaration. Where we have reasonable grounds to suspect that an Account belongs to a person under 16, we suspend the Account, stop public presentation of the Profile and allow 14 days to clarify. Failing clarification, the Account and related personal data are deleted. See §5 of the Amator Terms of Service.
Parents and legal guardians. If you believe an Amator Account was created by someone under 16, write to [email protected] — we handle such reports as a priority.
Retention: the wording, version and date of this declaration are kept for as long as the Account exists and for 6 years afterwards, solely to demonstrate accountability and to defend against claims.
